Vidali Finishing, always in step with the changing needs of the market, creates a revolutionary system of automatic oscillating blowing with compressed air.

This system allows to blow with high pressure air, and then, automatic de-dusted the wooden frames, before beginning the cyclical of painting.
The system, to optimize the consumption of compressed air, is provided with high-efficiency oscillating nozzles.

COMPOSITION SYSTEM: The system consisting of two columns oscillating with a number of nozzles per column blade by the amount customizable.

The column will have a customizable swing, according profits blowing required.
The oscillation will be carried out by a pneumatic piston and by means of the regulators will be possible to modulate the speed of oscillation and the output pressure of the compressed air from the nozzles.

The system is equipped with lateral suction sized appropriately to achieve the uniform suction within the blowing chamber.
The suction mouth will exploit an exists central vacuum system. The blower system, oscillation, and the valve opening / closing of the suction will be controlled by No. 2 electropneumatic switches that will be placed on the overhead line handling.
