Electrostatic powder coating system
The technology of electrostatic painting can be realized in new plant or can be applied to existing plants.
HOW IT WORKS:
The tank with paint to be dispensed, the pump for spraying and the power supply circuit of the guns and the spray guns, by means of generators and voltage multipliers, are loaded current with negative electrostatic potential customizable.
When the paint comes out of the spray guns, is attract by all those components which have opposite polarity (grounder), in this case, the paint will find the pieces to be painted, with the consequent winding of the same.
