Dry air filtering box

The plants are designed for dry filtering air coming from suctions of painting positions where not inflammable paints are utilized.

OPERATION :

Pre-filtering:

The sucked air, loaded with overspray, is led through the horizontal hollow spaces among the shaped panels made of sheet, where it is submitted to a first filtering by gravity.

Filtering:

Afterwards, air passes through the filtering unit provided with elements with a multilayered filter made of paper and a substrate made of polyester fibres, which are housed into containers made of galvanized net, which are extractable easily for the maintenance operations, so as to allow the filtering in accordance to the legal values, and thereafter it comes out through a conduit. Of course, it may be installed for the service of already existing operative units.

The unit is made in accordance to the user’s need, with suction degrees adapted to the needs.
The extent of filtering the particulate, under the regular operative conditions, is comprised within the parameters established by the Law.
