Air filtering box with water

The plants are designed to purify the air coming from suctions of painting points where potentially inflammable paints are employed.

OPERATION :

The air loaded with overspray (paint particles) pass through a chamber, where it is cleaned by a strong water flow, sprays into a closed loop and finally it pass into adequately designed plastic paths ; the retained particles deposit progressively on the rear part of the chamber, from which they are periodically removed or discharged into the bag- collecting filter.

Of course, it may be installed in additions to already operative units.

The unit is made in accordance to the user’s need, with suction degrees adapted to the needs.

The extent of filtering the particulate, under the regular operative conditions, is comprised within the parameters established by the Law.
