Our new FLEXY system responds to the need for flexibility and speed that characterise today's market.

Thanks to the automatic double station shuttle for handling the material-holder trays the desired trays can be processed autonomously, customising the coating cycle in all its multiple aspects and reducing the time spent on unnecessary handling. Only the desired material trays can be handled without having to move all the trays in the plant.

ADVANTAGES:

• Overcoming First In First Out logic: Maximum flexibility in handling trays, each tray can be handled independently, without having to move other trays. This allows simultaneous work in all work areas (e.g. loading area, painting, drying, etc.).
• Each tray can have a customised painting cycle that differs from that of the other trays.
• Possibility of changing work priorities by being able to choose to group pieces by shape, colour and customer priority.
• Customised and easily expandable accumulation storage. The products can only be unloaded from the plant when necessary, thus avoiding unnecessary handling on trolleys.
• Plant composition is customisable and expandable.
